808 Festival Pattaya 2016! Yes. That’s right. Pattaya! Previously schedule to be 808 Festival Bangkok 2016, but was moved to Nongnooch Garden Pattaya, Thailand. If you don’t know already, Pattaya is not too far from Bangkok. It is about a 1.5 to 2 hour drive under normal conditions. The 808 Festival organizers did not give an exact explanation for the move, but did offer this:
The 808 Festival will go ahead as planned, however, we are required to change the venue of the event from Oasis Arena @ Show DC in Bangkok to Nongnooch Pattaya Garden and Resort (http://www.nongnoochtropicalgarden.com/th/) located in Pattaya, Thailand, to ensure that we can deliver a high quality event which we hope would meet our fans’ expectations. We sincerely regret and apologize for any inconvenience that this change may may cause and hope that our fans will sympathize with us as we continue to work hard to put this event together to make it a memorable experience.
