RWS Language Services division: recognized as the world’s largest Language Service Provider – helps customers to create, translate, and deliver content across 250+ languages. Our global team of linguists, project managers, subject matter experts and localization professionals work closely with customers to ensure their communications and multilingual content is compelling, accurate and consistent.
Position – Korean language Tester
Type of employment – Full-time & Permanent job with sponsorship of work permit but none of relocation/accommodation or etc.
Work location – Work from home but occasionally required to work at the office in Bangkok.
Key Responsibilities of this position
- Functional test on a range of Adobe products under their Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Document (Acrobat) and DVA (Premiere Pro, After Effects) product lines
- Checking all display, character fonts, input methods etc
- Reporting issues and explaining impact on local users
- Regression testing
- Complete the assigned tasks and be punctual.
Main qualification
- Being a native speaker of Korean is a must.
- Able to fluently communicate in English in reading, writing, speaking and listening as your colleagues/supervisor are from various countries. So, we use English as a central language to communicate each other and to read job instructions.
- Currently residing in Bangkok, Thailand or willing to relocate to live in Bangkok, Thailand at your own costs.
- Experience in Adobe products, either creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator) or Documentation (Acrobat) or DVA (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- A level of technical competency & independence in troubleshooting software issues.
- Prefer experience in translation, localization industry/area.
- Experience with both iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Experience with both PCs and MACs.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT OR language major is an advantage.
- Keen to detail in languages and your assigned works.
- Passionate about language.
- Use up-to-date technology in their own lives.
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
Working hours - Monday – Friday: 09:00 am – 18:00 pm
