· Available only for online purchase at least 4 days in advance of the visit date.
· F.I.T. ADULT includes one day unlimited access to the water park and all rides. The ticket is applicable for persons with height above 130 cm.
· F.IT. KID includes one day unlimited access to Small World, Family World and the Water Park. The ticket is applicable for persons with height between 100 - 130 cm.
· All tickets must be redeemed in one transaction on the visit date.
· Siam Park City reserves the right to close the park or any part of it temporarily due to inclement weather and maintenance without prior notice.

- Tickets are valid only on date stated above.
- Group order in which containing more than one ticket in a transaction could only be redeemed in one transaction only. The separate redemption is allowed in no case.
- One ticket for one individual admission only. Please present national identification card to redeem the tickets
- If tickets are paid by credit card, please present the credit card when redeeming the tickets.

- Rescheduling the Visit Date
- To reschedule the visit date, customers are required to log in at www.siamparkcity.com/en/member.php. After logged in, please click on "Order Information", and click on the "Reschedule Visit Date" under "Purchase Details" to reschedule.
- Visit date could be rescheduled after the payment confirmation only and the new visit date is limited by the validity of promotion firstly applied.
- New visit date will be allowed only within 30 days before/after the original schedule.
- Request for rescheduling must be completed before the original visit date at least 2 days and the new visit date must be at least 2 days later than the alteration request date.
- The third rescheduling is allowed only when visitors agree to top up the fee and pay for standard prices on the date of visit instead. In this case, visitors must send request for approval to customerservice@siamparkcity.com and present the confirmation e-mail to cashier on the visit date. Payment for the top up fee must be settled on the date of visit.
- The fourth rescheduling is allowed in no case
